e-DISTAC's support is provided from a "user
perspective" rather than a "vendor perspective." This is accomplished
in a number of ways, primarily because our staff is comprised of persons
that have formerly been in the Distribution Industry as opposed to
our competition whose support staff is comprised of "computer techies."
We have found that our customers like the comfortable feeling they
have being trained and supported by people who have actually worked
on a sales counter at 7:30 in the morning and faced real customers
that are impatient and ready to get to their job sites!
Support is provided by MSS, the company who actually
owns the software. Thus eliminating the numerous problems that are
encountered with third party support.
